Quality - This is by far the best card out there for this kind of money,i have had no fan issues and it just takes anything that you throw at it ,in one word QUALITY.
Known Issue - There is a known issue with this and other XFX cards, the cooler fan does not switch down and runs at a constant 100% thus sounding like a 7freaking47 inside the PC case. You ll have to go through a lot of trouble with XFX to fix it or hope like I do Amazon will honour the returns policy.
